Farm-to-bottle, Serventi Ranch hard cider is produced using only the apples we grow

In-house production is focused primarily on certified-organic single varietal and blended varietal apple ciders; however we do from time-to-time produce a rose cider using blackberries and elderberries grown on-site. Our ciders are made without sulfites and offer a true representation of our terroir.
